SEA FOX Reunion Information
We've reserved room in the "BRANSON SETTLE INN" for May 10 through 15, 2009; the room rate is $65 + tax per night.  To make your reservations call 1-800-677-6906 tool free.  Mention the SEA FOX (Group #SF5109).  That rate is good for 3 days before and after the reunion.
The hotel is providing us with a very comfortable and room "hospitality room".  A full size refrigerator is provided in addition to ice chests for cold beverages and food items.  The room has a sink and plenty of counter and storage space.  The room is large enough to meet all our meeting and socializing needs.  The hospitality room is secure, so if any of you have any memorabilia, photos etc. that you would like to share, please feel free to bring them.  Food and drinks are allowed in the hospitality room.  The hospitality room will open at about 0700 (W/Coffee) and secure around 2300.  The Hotel serves a free "Continental Breakfast".  The hotel staff is great, taking care of all requests and needs.  Although the Hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, there is one (Dockers) at the front of the parking lot.

Here is a brief outline of our schedule

Day 1 (Sunday):  Open Hospitality Room (Noon)

PM = Optional Program #2 (Grand Jubilee)
Day 4 (Wednesday:  Free Day (Attend shows on your own)

Day 6 (Friday):      Breakfast & Check out.

The "Optional Packages" include a show and a meal with transportation provided.  Most of the shows, attractions, and eateries require a 20 person minimum and a 30 to 45 day advance reservation with a final count 48 hours in advance.
There may  be some who are not aware of the "SEA FOX Association."  The group was founded to help the crew "keep in touch".  For those of you with computer access we have a website (click here).  If you are not a member and would like to join, please contact George Arnold (President/Membership) at 23132 W. 71st Terr.  Shawnee, KS 66227-5503 or I will be happy to forward your request.  There is an application on the website.  It should be noted that membership in the Sea Fox Association IS NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE REUNION.

    See you in Branson,

Ron Athey, TMC (SS) USN (Ret) 58-60
