The certificate shown to the above will be sent to the family of our members who sail on Eternal Patrol. Verification from a family member is necessary.
In the case of an officer, Gold Dolphins will appear on the certificate. A photo of the Sea Fox as she appeared when the individual served aboard will also be on the certificate.
In addition, a card will be sent to the family by our Chaplain.
