USS Sea Fox (SS402) Commemorative Wall Plaque
. The Sea Fox Plaque is a replica of the plaque dedicated at the U.S. Navy Memorial on 30 Oct 2007. The original plaque now has a permanent place on the Commemorative Wall at the memorial.
The plaque measures 3.5" x 7.0" and is made of etched metal bonded to a walnut base.
This replica will be raffled off at the 2009 reunion in Branson, MO at the reunion banquet. The following procedures apply:
1. Donations: 1 chance for $1.00 or 8 chances for $5.00.
2. Send check to George M. Arnold, 23132 W. 71st Terr. Shawnee, KS
66227-5503.
3. Make check payable to: USS Sea Fox (SS402) Association.
4. Upon receipt of check, your tickets will be sent to you by return mail.
Your check will be sent to the association treasurer for deposit.
5. You need not be present to win. The plaque will be mailed to the
winner if necessary.
